Our Commitment to You


We value our time with each client and strive to provide a smooth, relaxing experience. Our policies are designed to respect everyone's time and ensure the best service possible.


Securing a New Client Appointment


  • Booking Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment.
    • $25 for services $50 and over
    • 50% for services under $50

This retainer is credited toward your service as long as our policies are followed.

  • Payment Methods: Retainers can be paid via:
    • Venmo: @PearlaF https://www.venmo.com/u/PearlaF
    • CashApp: $PearlaFrancisco https://cash.app/$PearlaFrancisco
    • Zelle: 401-626-8288, Pearla Francisco


  • Appointment Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only after the retainer is received. If not received promptly after your request, the appointment will be declined.
  • Minors: Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign consent forms.
  • Required Forms: All forms sent must be completed within 24 hours of booking to avoid appointment cancellation.


Cancellation Policy


  • 48-Hour Notice: At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
    • New clients forfeit their retainer with less than 48 hours notice.
    • Existing clients are charged a 50% fee of the service total.
  • Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed per appointment. A new retainer is required after the second reschedule of the same appointment. Frequent rescheduling may restrict future bookings.
  • No Call / No Show: Failure to arrive without notice results in a 75% charge of the scheduled service cost. New clients forfeit their retainer; the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file. No-shows may be restricted from future bookings.



Appointment Change Policy


  • 48-Hour Notice for Changes: At least 48 hours' notice is required to add or remove services. Cancelling a service with less notice incurs a 50% fee of the canceled service.


Late Policy


  • Be On Time: A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If late, you may need to reschedule, treated as a late cancellation.
  • Plan Ahead: Familiarize yourself with our location and plan for traffic to avoid delay

Creating a Serene Atmosphere


We are dedicated to providing a serene and relaxing environment for all clients. To help us maintain this peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request your cooperation with our appointment policies.


Appointment Reminders


  • Courtesy Notifications: Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via text and/or email as a courtesy via text and/or email. it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments in the event of any technical issues.
  • Contact Information: Please ensure your phone number and email address are up to date in our booking system to avoid missed appointments and late cancellation fees.


Arrival Procedures


  • Check-In Process: Upon arrival, please remain in your car and text your provider. The door will be locked, and your provider will text you when they are ready to let you into the building.
    • For appointments with Pearla: Text 401-626-8288
    • For appointments with Angelina: Text 401-286-9904


Service Preparation


  • Preparation & Aftercare: Please read and follow all preparation and aftercare instructions for your service(s).Failure to follow preparation guidleines may result in the service being modified or unable to be performed. A late cancellation fee will apply in that event.
  • Consultation: We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation for any service you haven't experienced with us before, especially lash lifts and lash extensions. This allows us to fully understand your needs and ensure the best possible outcome. If you have any doubts after reading the preparation instructions on our website, please book a consultation. If you choose to skip the consultation and we cannot proceed with your service due to an issue that could have been identified during the consultation, any retainer will be forfeited, or a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be applied to compensate for our time.


Personal Belongings


  • What to Bring: Please bring only essential items to your appointment, such as your coat, purse, keys, and payment method.


No Additional Guests or Children


  • Solo Appointments: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that no additional guests or children accompany you to your appointment. This is your time to unwind! Children are welcome only if they are scheduled for a service and are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


Respectful Environment


  • Be Kind: We foster a space of beauty, relaxation, and healing. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Unkind behavior has no place here.


Health Considerations


  • Reschedule if Sick: To protect our providers and clients, especially those with compromised immune systems, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Help us prevent the spread of illness.


Forms of Payment Accepted


  • Payment Options: We accept Cash, Card, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.


All Sales Final


  • No Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable once services are rendered or purchases are made. Any refusal of payment or chargeback request after receiving a service or product will be considered theft, and appropriate action will be taken.


Right to Refuse Service


  • Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service or sales at any time for any reason to protect the well-being of our guests and staff.
