Traditional Reiki offers a peaceful, restorative experience focused on the gentle flow of Reiki energy to support energetic balance and relaxation.

Each session begins with a brief consultation and intention setting before moving into Reiki. With minimal to no conversation during the session, this is your time to relax, receive, step away from the outside world, and reconnect with yourself.

Your session concludes with grounding, followed by a few moments to reflect on your experience and ask any questions.

Infinite Energy Healing is a collaborative energy session that incorporates Reiki along with other intuitive and energetic practices as guided throughout your experience.

Each session begins with an in-depth consultation, intention setting, and an oracle card pull before moving into Reiki. No two sessions are alike. 

As your session unfolds, additional practices may be incorporated as guided by the spiritual support present for your session. These may include chakra assessment, crystals, prayer, intentional incense, channeled messages, symbols, imagery, sensations, and other supportive tools or practices.

Your session concludes with grounding and clearing any energy released, followed by time to reflect on your experience. You’ll also receive personalized written notes with the guidance, messages, and insights that came through during your session.

 Because every Infinite Energy Healing session is unique, please allow 60–90 minutes for your session.
